rear brake rotor

What is your question?

I can't remove rear rotor from hub. it seams to be hanging up on emergency brake. Is there some type of cable release on it?

What is your question?

there are 2 threaded holes in the brake drum,if you thread 2 6mm bolts into the holes they will push on the hub and press the drum off,then you will need to inspect brake hardware to see why shoes did not retract,brake work should only be done by a qualifyed technitian
