What is your question?
I took my 2003 Toyota avalon to get both tie rods fixed but it still wobbles from front when I drive up to 40mph then goes away at a faster rate my shocks and struts from the front do need to be replaced but until my next paycheck is it safe for me to drive it like this until my next pay check? Till then I'll be able to get my shocks and struts done I hope I can get the answer I need. Im so confused I thought fixing tie rods and alignment will help my car stop the wobbling a bit but honestly feels worse than before please help.

Driving faster than 40mph
How long has your 2003 Toyota Avalon had this problem?

You really need to let an experienced mechanic test drive your vehicle - here online we cannot determine exactly what the concern is caused by.. Possibly tire imbalance.. No prediction as far as being safe to drive.
Mechanic at local auto repair facility will likely be able to assist - usually there is no charge for test driving. Good luck!
