Vehicle turns over but it does not start... It acts like it is not getting fuel; however, I checked the fuel pump and removed the fuel line from pump. A small amount of fuel bled from the line. I replaced the fuel line and had someone try starting it by turning the key over for 3 - 5 seconds.. I immediately removed fuel line from pump and a large amount of fuel bled from the line,, So it appears as though the fuel pump is pumping fuel... Not sure if its a possible oxygen sensor or what.???.

You're way off .. The first thing to *TEST* is ignition spark ... Next - *TEST* actual fuel 'pressure' .. IF not equipped to do the necessary *testing* - seek hands-on help from qualified personnel.
