Replaced battery day before issue started. Car calls for 600cca I replaced with higher end 750cca
What makes this problem better or worse?

Have qualified personnel replace the turn signal fuse .. It is a different fuse than the hazard lights. http://www.autogenius.info/toyota-avalon-second-generation-xx20-2000-fuse-box-diagram/ Also this information is in the *owners manual* ..
