Changed out battery..now no lights or brake lights

Ensure there are no blown fuses due to arcing of electrical sparks during the battery change. Always best to check circuit protection first. This may not resolve the issue in itself, but it is a starting point.

In addition > IF equipped with aftermarket alarm system - highly recommend having it removed!!
