ABS & Engine light on, speedometer stays @ zero, stepping on gas pedal results i

If the dealer is $200.00(just for example) and the other shops are $110.00(again example only). What happens when you have to bring it back three times for the aftermarket shop to get it right?Think first ask about diagnostic and repair warranties in both cases. good luck.
