How do i fix p0303 and p0306 cylinders 3 and 6 misfire. Also shows code p0300.

One of the hoses under the engine plastic cover was broken it was one connected to the vacuum surge tank? At least thats what it looks like. its a black cylinder with a hase attached on one end. Well my bf dad ripped it off. Just want to know what amd how to fix it. I cant drive my car it doesnt idle rough but once you start on the gas it is very rough.it reminds me of my first and previous car a nissan that had a blown head gasket[that was the scariest experience of my life] im hoping its not that ...No back firing that ive heard it seems worse when the ac is on? The previous codes were p1135 and p1153 and my bf dad replaced the air fuel sensor and now were gettin the misfiring codes *also im not sure if this means anything but whenever i try to out the shifter into park it doesn't fully go. The light doesnt come on and i know its not fully in P cause i cant start it when i dont see the P light . I have to pull it back to N or D and push it fast and hard 1 to 3 times to get it in P

What makes this problem better or worse?

Worse all the time when ac is on and faster speeds sometimes

How long has your 1998 Toyota Avalon had this problem?

Just a week but my engine light was on previously for p1135 and p1153 codes and the air fuel sensor was replaced. Those codes went away. Now have these new codes
