Park neutral safety switch perhaps, factory security system problem? Once saw a Toyota towed in for a no start after it had been locked with the key fob and unlocked with just the key...it wouldn't start until it was unlocked with the key fob.

Have the ignition switch tested as power has to go through the ignition switch

try ignition switch lock cylinder, a b*tch to get off tho
