Need help with 2013 4 Runner with only 42,000 MILES?!!?!?

My 4 runner barely has 40K miles but started flashing the “trac off” “check engine” and “4 lo” light randomly. At the same time the gear shift would feel stiff and harder to shift. The problem would randomly come and go until the car stopped working in reverse. The car goes into park and drives. In reverse the back camera comes on but the vehicle still moves forward. Please any tips as to what the problem is would be a life saver!!!
What makes this problem better or worse?
Car moves forward even in reverse even tho back camera comes on.
