Should I use Toyota Anti Freeze.

The companies that produce and sell antifreeze are not going let the auto manufacturers take over the market! .. Pick up a jug of 'name brand' antifreeze and read the label .. I think you'll find it to be compatible with your 2005 Toyota ... Fact is - auto manufacturers do not produce antifreeze - they get it from the companies that do! .. Been using it at the shop for many years now for my regular customers - nary a problem! Now there are some *lubricants* that need to have the auto manufacturers recommended properties but 'engine coolant' isn't one of them... (Proven fact from years of experience) .. You'll probably get a dozen different opinions on this subject ... Some people still think the earth is flat!
