At highway speed... actually leaves pavement when hits a bump in the road. Jumps a couple feet. Usually into oncoming lane.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Just hwy speed

Hello, this is obviously a safety issue! A wheel alignment check - including checking the rear axle - should be performed. A suspension that has the rear wheels in a "dog tracking" kind of position can cause this kind of harmonic disruption over bumps. Those symptoms seem rather extreme for normal road conditions! .. However this vehicle should not be driven on public roadways until is has been properly repaired and proven to be safe to do so - otherwise you’re putting yourself as well as fellow drivers in danger!
