Won't start. Cleaned terminals & Put in new battery. Turn key, get 1 click

'Keep' clicking the starter by turning the key again and again, may take multiple attempts!... IF it finally cranks at all... Replace starter!!!... Failing starter contacts pretty common for this starter and will do exactly what you posted!
