Just had to tune up my car was running great but now it's running rough and it is losing power. Just like that I just had a tune up About 8 months ago it was running fine and now it just has no power what is wrong

Running ruff, no power. Just had tuneup about 7 months ago. It ran great I was idling talking with friend, and I noticed it started running ruff. What could it be? Not a lot of power either.

What makes this problem better or worse?

I don't want to drive it.
