Piston was like clean of carbon and looks new

ONE of the pistons looks like new > Coolant leaking into combustion chamber > failed head gasket or crack in cylinder head .... Excessive fuel delevery > injector issue .... Low compression OR no spark > not burning fuel off piston.... More testing should have been done 'before' cylinder head removal to determine exact cause of misfire! Suggest having qualified personnel come have a look at it for you... Good luck!
