What is your question?
4runner was starting fine until eight days ago when my friend wanted to swap batteries to test hers because she was having problems with hers. When batteries were switched back it wouldn't start. Makes no sound when key is turned. Won't start with a jump. The day before it wouldn't start but it would make a clicking noise when key was turned and would start up right away with a jump start. Now nothing. Checked all connections and looks good. Starter is dirt and oil on it. All fuses look good. The guy I bought from had several things hooked up. An amplifier,a CB radio and loud speaker, two extra sets of headlights, a stereo, and a wench. There are two red wires coming off the battery. The allergist the next goes directly to the wench. The larger wire has several splices and extensions coming off if it but it seems to be connected to starter and fuse box . The other wires gave tape in them and I am assuming they were for all the other gaders that are no longer there.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing

This is going to be a tough one because it seems like a lot has been messed with. If the battery is charged and connected properly your next step is testing for power at the starter. Alex
At some point during this whole fiasco reversed battery terminal polarity has blown the MAIN FUSE !
