It's the upper mounting bolt for the starter and it's just hanging by one bolt and I don't know the size of the bolt

take the bottom bolt out,see if it will screw in the top hole.if it does,measure how long you will need the bolt to be.if it's the same thread size,take the bottom bolt with you to a local fastener retail seller,get them to check the thread size,buy another a bolt,put a small dab of BLUE locktite on the threads,bolt starter back up.
