IF moisture is getting into the inside of the headlight assemblies .. Then it's time to replace the assemblies themselves! .. Keep in mind, depending on production date - your 2004 year model vehicle has likely been around for 13+ years now... Just saying.
There doesn't seem to be a consensus as to why this is so common. Best practice is to just use the highest quality bulbs you can and use gloves when installing them to prevent moisture and skin oils from getting on bulbs.
Are y'all really serious you have a recall on Suzuki Reno for the same problem and y'all want take care of this I realised that a lot of the Suzuki dealers have closed down not even convient for me at all I'm in Knox ,tenn and the closes one is in Kentucky,I own 2 Suzuki but the yall are talking then it's my bad that I trusted Suzuki for my choice of a vehicle to own .Do we really have to have a major accident maybe a fire or two .please tell me I'm wrong .if not I guess I just need to sell or trade them in very another maker model and it want be a Suzuki I really hope that y'all do the right thing us that you to the Suzuki Reno
OR find a competent mechanic , that can DIAGNOSE the CAUSE of the bulb failure. Parts changers ain't gonna find this one!! PLEASE proof-read your response for accuracy in the details of why the mechanic thinks the bulb is failing , or what in the r, he has TESTED AND VERIFIED.
Yes it is 13 yrs and it's already been replaced now what am I suppose to just keep paying a mechanic to keep replacing my bulb when I'm sure this would be.
