What is your question?
I have changed the coil, plugs and wires and reset timing and replaced cam sensor as well since it failed ohm testing and still will not startup completely... I am weaiting on OBD2 scan tool to read into it more and reset pcm...any suggestions? Idler pulley had blown and both have been replaced with no knocking , ping, good compression on all 4 cylinders...I have tried everything a PT shadetree can do - intereference motors i now know are a pain, but for $500 and clutch and breaks and transmissions done, i need it for my daughter to go to college.

Curious , but if that is a known 'interference' engine , can you explain the compression test process you used , to VERIFY ALL cylinders have proper compression? Also what tech. info are you using , to 'reset the timing' (NEW belt , i presume) you are able to VERIFY spark and both fuel pressure AND injector pulse??
I downloaded the mechanics manual and set cam and exhaust to 12 o clock position and crank to 6 o clock where the marks all lined up and compression was between 105/112 psi which was tolerance for the book as well and I have spark on all plugs and wires with spark tester " plugged in new plugs and wires into testerling and had someone turn the engine... yes new belt and idler tensioners ... haven't got to injector pulse yet as trying to avoid pulling the injectors.
105-112psi for compression???? Book spec says thats okay?? IF you are checking correctly , AND they are really even across them all , I would suspect timing IS off somewhere. IF uneven , yyou have bent valve(s) , which is what I would suspect to start with , given the particular engine. Good luck --'won't start up completely'--- does it have spark? Getting fuel (and proper pressure?)...... NOID light for injector pulse, don't understand what you mean by 'pulling injectors for that.
I still have not done noid light for injectors but I had some one recheck compression and all cylinders are in spec according to the manual and I have fuel pressure. I live in the boonies and waiting on ups to deliver noid test light kit.
