I have a 2013 Subaru Outback. The Radio/NAV Unit is working, however, the Voice Control and Phone/Bluetooth feature has stopped working.
Three Questions:
1. I see multiple 2013 LEGACY Radio/NAV units on eBay available to replace it... they look the same, but are they compatible?
2. Can I simply change the units out if the answer to number 1 is “yes”?
3. Will I have issues with lock codes on the radio? If so, is there a way to overcome that?

Hello, - first, have you deleted the car from your phone and the phone from you car -- then re-paired to check for proper operation? You may find this is all you need to do!
