timing belt walk on crank pulley

What is your question?

after replacing my timing belt, it appears that on the crank pulley the belt sits off the fwd edge of it approximately 1mm. is this normal? everything else is lined up and flush with pulleys

Once the crank balancer (pulley) is reinstalled it holds the belt in place.
