What is your question?
My 1992 legacy is experiencing shifting issues going from 2nd to 3rd I thought it was low fluid I went to check it read full but it was dirty not black and burned but like it needed to be replaced it still was pinkish red but also milky so I got under it drained the pan and when I went to check the fluid level in the car it was still reading full is there any reason why my car has just been drained but is reading full I've shifted through the gears its warmed up it's on level ground but I can't get a positive reading there's no way it's full if I drained the pan please help What seems to make the problem better or worse? Slowly accelerating makes it better turning while accelerating makes it worse How long have you had this problem? A couple weeks I've driven it since and it drives I checked to see if maybe it was over filed when I checked but symptoms of low fluid still occur

WOW .. Unfortunately it is going to be difficult to offer any assistance here .. *Hands-on* evaluation will definitely be required.
I will add the engine coolant level needs to be checked!! (REALLY)!
The coolant level is fine I just dropped the pan I’m in the middle of changing the filter there nothing big popping out that’s bad like metallic bits and stuff it looks normal
"Milky" colored transmission fluid IS the result of engine coolant entering the transmission! Good luck!
Closely inspect coolant for traces of transmission fluid - radiators internal fluid cooler may be ruptured .. Furthermore > There has got to be SOME reason the transmission fluid level remained full after it was drained out!
