What is your question?
I am not sure if i have to do anything for the timing belt replacement. I have 120K miles now bought around 110K. Carfax shows drive belt(s) were replaced at 99K miles at a subaru location. Is this same as timing belt ?

Drive belts are external of the engine and drive the various accessories .. Timing belt is internal and cannot been seen without partial engine disassembly. The drive belts and the timing belt are independent of each other.
The only true method of finding out if the timing belt has been replaced is thought documentation or it is ‘confirmed’ by the previous owner. Visual inspection requires partial engine disassembly - might as well replace the belt if that route is chosen.
