my car makes a screeching noise when turning when first started up and turning is hard. it goes away after running a bit

*Have the drive belts checked for wear and proper tension* .. Replace/Re-tension belts as needed ... Also 'possible' coolant is leaking onto the belt(s) while parked... Visual inspection required to confirm.
