What is your question?
We found a small external head gasket leak on the front left side on my impreza. I have jumped on it early, and have a fair amount of cash to invest into it.. What else should I replace? Any advice for the repair itself? Timing belt, water pump and pulleys done about 4k ago... 5speed manual 2.5 non-turbo.

Send the heads out to a machine shop and have them serviced. When you buy the complete head gasket set it will come with new valve seals, give then to the machine shop and they will take care of installing them for you. You will need new head bolts because they are TTY (Torque to yeild). You may want to rent an electronic torque angle wrench. The manual methods take a long time to do.
Perfect, this one is a bit out of my range for repair. So I'm taking it to a mechanic that I trust, and who is a wizard with Subarus. I was also thinking if the repair is going well and no major issues that I might have the clutch looked into. If a head is to warped do i have to buy a new engine or can they be replaced ?
They will plain it down or u can replace the head.
It's the perfect time to do the clutch, the easiest way to do the heads is to pull the engine anyway.
Exactly, do the clutch now ,spend the money...
Thanks everyone for the help. What should be replaced on the clutch? Its only at 100k
I would install a clutch kit which has a new clutch disc, pressure plate, throw out bearing, and pilot bearing (if used). Plus I would send the flywheel out to be resurfaced and inspected.
