How to fix the sound that comes out after pressing the brake ?

Is the noise coming from the same area as the repairs? Does it sound like metal? We may need more info but here are a couple of things that could be occurring: The brake pad could be installed incorrectly or the break pad hardware kit could be touching on the rotor.
