Hello,
My name is Stefan Popescu, I own a subaru forester 2010, diesel ee20 bought from germany, last reevision in germany.
Now my car broke down in Romania, after 6 mounts and only 10000 km. The car didn't reached 15000 km to go to service for revision. I heard a Knock noise, i was at Subaru Romania, the mechanic say that it is from engine_ engine problem and told me that he can't take the car ...and go to German Subaru dealer ...because will break....
Subaru Germany first sad that Romania Subaru can must take my car ... After many e mails ...and many complains..Subaru Romania sad that they don t take my car and ...subaru germany sad is to old 8 years ...?
Who can fix my car if it is a factory problem? I heard exist a internal Subaru procedure called goodwill ...and car is fixed for free. Subaru Romania don't apply this procedure because ...sad that is the responsability of Subaru Germany Dealer...
How can I fix this? Romania will fix my car if somone from Subaru ask them official.
