fuel smells like raw gasoline?cut fuel valve replaced. now the smell is on passenger side by back tire and fuel input area. was on driver's side originally. What to do????

Have a independent shop diagnose this http://repairpal.com/subaru-repair-in-tucson-arizona sometimes they can find something the dealer overlooked

Check fuel filler neck for rust holes or loose clamps causing smell behind R/R tire. Also an aftermarket cap will not seal properly and will vent through the cap sealing surface
