Little pipe that hooks to water pump

What is your question?

There is a hose that goes from the water pump to the little metal pipe. My metal pipe has rusted holes in it. The pipe is attached to the motor by one bolt. I am trying to find out what the pipe is called. I am having no luck finding one. Please advise. Thanks
