What is your question?
I have no problem with my car. But I was told I should change my radiator because I have 120,000 miles on it before it starts giving problems. what should i do change or wait to start having problems.
What makes this problem better or worse?

Nobody can predict when an automotive component will fail .. lot of money gets wasted on preventive maintenance in some areas while not enough is spent in others.
as pushrod stated! Example: I went to Autozone a few years ago and ask them to test my battery in my truck(nothing wrong, just wanted to see what they would say)! Well, they said it was bad and needs replaced ASAP! I then went to 2 more AZ's a couple weeks apart and they told me the same thing,BAD BATTERY>Replace with new @$165.99? Well,I did>>3 YEARS later!!!
Regular engine services - if performed correctly - should reveal pending repair needs.
