My ac is only blowing minimal air. This happened around the same time my drivers window panel melted. What could be cauing it not to hardly blow out?

I have a question. Do you hear the fan motor blowing hard and the air is not coming through the vents. Or does the fan blow low in all positions that you switch it in. What drivers door panel melted.
