What is your question?
I have changed the radiator, all hoses, water pump, thermostat, temp. sensor. I have checked the cooling fan and relays all work. I have also checked the connections at the temp. switch. The only thing I have not checked is the wiring harness itself but I put a meter on the wiring and the current seemed good. Drove the car about 120 miles and the problem popped up again. Only happens when I am driving.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Light only comes on and car shuts down while driving speed does not matter.

I have more of a question than an answer. Why are you changing Cooling System components for a Charging System problem? If you are getting a fault for High Voltage you should be checking your Battery and Alternator.
Signal is high while engine is COLD - should decrease as engine warms - likely this problem is flooding engine with excessive fuel after engine has warmed up.
