What is your question?
I put a new starter in it and still nothing. If I bypass starter relay the motor will turn over but won't crank. Not sure if it's a security issue or if the park sensor is not reading it being in park. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Hello, First, lets establish terms: Turn over/crank = the starter is turning the engine Start = run on its own Now, if the starter clicks while it is trying to start, you are hearing the starter solenoid powering the starter, but insufficient power is reaching the starter motor. Check how far the battery voltage drops while you are turning the key. What does it read while cranking? If you don't have a DVOM, take the battery for testing/charging.
if the battery is fully charged>12.6 VDC,then you will need a helper and a volt meter to test for signal voltage from the ignition switch to the starter. you could have got a BAD/NEW starter right out of the box! have seen this many times especially from Autozone.. but do the things answer #1 said first...
