Why is my fan motor staying on? I just replaced the motor & after 2 weeks

I just had my engine replaced & after 2 weeks now my check engine light is on & my fan motor is coming on one I start the car. It never used to. Please help me. Thank you

Scan test required to determine WHY check engine light is on ! ... That should also reveal any fan related problems. NO ONE can can assist otherwise.
