Why when it rains are my front floor wet

Many times individuals think a wet floor pan is due to rainfall .. Keep in mind the air conditioning system produces clear water while in operation - if this water can't drain outside of the vehicle due to a clogged drain tube - there is your problem. I have no idea where you are located so a/c operation may or may not be applicable. *Hands-on* inspection / evaluation by qualified personnel will be required.
