What is your question?
The car has been mostly sitting for 8 months driven maybe every three weeks. The battery is dead. I jumped it off to drive it and the rear wheels are locked.
Remove rear brake drums for *hands-on* inspection.. IF the vehicle was parked with park brake on - parking brake cables may be stuck and will not release.
The parking brake is not on. Any other suggestions?
