What is your question?
Car wont engage (start). Tested battery, alternator, solenoid, ignition switch, starter- all are fine. Fuel pump is irrelevant since engine can still turn regardless if that were the case. Replaced neutral switch (named clutch interlock switch according to dealership). Even with it not able to start on own my mechanic managed to get it started by pop-starting it (basically giving it enough push to force car into gear thus starting engine). Thus my conclusion. Clutch isnt engaging on its own therefore needs replaced. If anyone has any light to shed on this please inform me.

Well frankly no you aren't right!.... Can take the clutch out of the car and throw it away and the starter should still 'crank' the engine.. How would it work if it were an automatic transmission?
I will agree with you. I was misinformed and re-educated about that issue. Lol. It came pretty obvious that if i could still pop-start it then obviously not a clutch issue. Currently waiting for mechanic to replace starter cables.
That's perfectly ok.. Everyone's not a mechanic... That's the reason for sites like this to ask questions .. Thank you for the 'honest' reply.. That's helpful information!... Good luck with the repair!
Well my mechanic found wires/cables were corroded so he cleaned them off and greased up connections. It was working for a day and half then it didnt want to start again. The display lights and all the accessories worked but no sound made at all/engine didnt start when i turned the ignition. My thoughts were that cables/wires should be replaced entirely. Any thoughts???
Old school test but still works every time! .. When the starter isn't working.. With a helper holding key to START *with clutch depressed* If someone tapped on the starter motor with a small hammer and then the starter responded to that tapping at all (tried to work or did actually work) >> **Replace the starter assembly!!** .. Let me know if that doesn't work, then we'll try something else.. But ONLY AFTER that test has been correctly done and confirmed!!.. We're not going to assume anything has or hasn't been done! .. 'IF' you'll do as I suggest, we WILL solve this little problem.. You can bet on that!
Got my car back. Going on second day. So far so good. He used his electric testers and found problem with ignition switch and replaced it. Not thee thingamabob where the key inserts but the switch itself. I park and go frequently thru the day and so far starts off no problem. I will report back in about a week the status.
