I put a new one on the car put relays in in it and change the membrane and still nothing

BLOWN FUSE
Got indication of ‘POWER’ when tested with test light or volt meter. Hook up a 12 volt head lamp and test for ‘CURRENT’ - see what ya got then. BENCH TEST old blower motor - it’s likely ok. https://repairpal.com/repair-shops/saturn-repair-and-service-in-atlanta-georgia
