Got indication of ‘POWER’ when tested with test light or volt meter. Hook up a 12 volt head lamp and test for ‘CURRENT’ - see what ya got then. BENCH TEST old blower motor - it’s likely ok. https://repairpal.com/repair-shops/saturn-repair-and-service-in-atlanta-georgia
