When turning the key to start, will not start,can hear clicking sound, inside dashboard?

What is your question?

This problem happens around once a week.clicking sound,after a few, or several times,then starts up. Car has a new battery,and no starter motor sound,just quite clicking in area near glovebox area.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Have to keep turning key,until it starts.
