Clock time plus materials used.... No flat rate for this type repair!... 'Minimum' parts = 2 wheel cylinders approx. $25.00.... Brake lines (?)....approx $12.00... Brake fluid...approx $7.00.... NOW... labor plus additional parts... No idea!!!... However it's not going to be some astronomical figure!
