I had changed the battery , altnator, voltage regulator,& battery cable ends and my 2005 Saturn relay still has the battery light and says charge system failure

Not quite sure what you’re referring to as installing the voltage regulator - this alternator has an ‘internal’ voltage regulator. Check for blown high amperage fuse. **TESTING** alternator output at battery terminals must be done .. Possibly defective alternator. Good luck!
