2005 Saturn L300. I have water coming in the foot well on the passenger side

It is cold water, itisn't anti freeze or washer fluid. All I can figure even though the drain tube is clear there must be a drip tray in that area that drains into the drain ande is plugged. I'll see if I can remove the cover and have a look inside. Thanks for the reply Reg

YES OR USE A SMALL AMOUNT OF AIR PRESSURE TO UNPLUG FROM UNDER CAR IN DRAIN TUBE
