Erratic idle 2007 saturn ion

What is your question?

I changed the coil packs, spark plugs and still got a misfire in cylinder 2. Changed the fuel injector in 2 then realized I was sold the wrong one so installed the original. Now it runs even worse with an erratic idle and occasional knocking. Please help
