power door locks cycle but will not unlock when it gets warm outside

What is your question?

when I hit the unlock switch from door panel or key fob several times they unlock sometimes. when its cold outside seldom an issue

Thanks for responding so quick!!! No difference at all car running and or windows down. I forgot to mention when I put in park locks don't unlock or lock when I put in drive. Once again only when the outside temp warms up.
