Hello, what are you looking at and checking?

There are not negative fuses - the test light itself provides the negative circuit - properly grounded test light should illuminate when tip is touched to each side of each fuse that is within a ‘live circuit’ - (key on) Now if you’ll respond to the other post maybe we can offer some assistance with whatever the problem is.
