Just wondering if this is a common issue and what it might be. I'm fairly handy and fixing car issues, just not diagnosing them. Thanks all for the help!!

Start with the simplest solutions first - check for proper ignition spark - IF engine timing is incorrect - it should be noticeable while CRANKING the engine - just sounds different - spinning too fast. The fuel pressure will also need to be tested of all else checks ok. All that being said - there are still other possibilities that can cause a crank - no start condition. https://repairpal.com/repair-shops Good luck!
