So im about to buy a 2002 9-3 se 2.0. 4d and the guy has replaced everything that could not make it start up it cranks over but doesnt fire up hes replaced the crankshaft postioning sensor. The fuel pump anddicm

It wont start since the day the owner drove home from work weeks ago hes replaced the cps and the dicm and fuelpump and the starter. Thats the only things i can think stopping it from starting up there all new parts that was replaced or put on.
