Should I disconnect the battery when I'm gone for 2 months? If so, is their a simple way to do it? It seems complicated.

I would recommend disconnecting the battery, and even better, acquiring a low amperage trickle charger to maintain the battery state of charge while you are gone. Disconnecting the battery is challenging, as it is located underneath the driver's seat area, and when you disconnect it, if you don't have auxiliary power available at the jump start points, you will not be able to move the seat again. You may want to just acquire a good trickle charger that you can leave on the vehicle while you are gone instead, hooking it up to the charging posts under the hood and ensuring that the charger shuts off when the battery has reached a full charge.
