My multi-disc CD player located in the back skips constantly.

Remove all discs and see if they all have a ring on them in the same general diameter. (Consistent circle , not random scratches). May be a problem with the unit itself , Porsche might have some better info on whether or not they had any common problems.IF the skipping is only with specific discs or discs in specific slots , then it may just be the cds'.
