rear spoiler will not raise when driving

manual switch will raise and lower rear spoiler but will not deploy while driving --where are the fuses located

Aint you got to be running like 300 mph before it will deploy?? Really i think it is speed activated...could be wrong! I guess if it worked before....it should still be working,...Got the owners manual??...Fuse function/location is in there!
