I've tried to find wiring diagrams online, anyone have a site they use.

What is your question?

suspect wiring between relay and pump is bad, maybe a bad ground, but need a schematic to know where wires going so I don't wreck low voltage side of circuit. popped fuse once. any ideas?

Check the wiring connector just at the rear of the drivers seat where the harness goes from inside to underneath the car. They are known for getting water damage and the green corrosion will be very noticeable if there is a problem there once you take it apart.
